IMPORTANT NOTE: The latest Reliance MediAssist Health Insurance Cards for students are available in the respective department offices. They have been lying there for almost 5-6 months and most of the students seem to not have collected them. Please do so, as this is for your own good. The MediAssist ID present on the Card is essential for settlement of any kind of insurance claims. The insurance card also comes with a booklet that contains information on how to avail the insurance facility, use it in case of emergencies and settle reimbursement claims (details available at http://www.mediassistindia.com ).
